Meet Forseia, an Exceptional Young Man

Forseia (pronounced four-see-uh) is a young man with an incredible spirit. Despite having been born with several debilitating conditions, he continues to inspire all of those who work with him. As the photos contained here show, Forseia has an exceptional talent for capturing people's hearts. His smile is never far from the surface, and he is always reaching out to people to share in his world. Forseia's great loves include his friends, chicken, and Lego building blocks. All of us who know Forseia feel blessed by having him in our lives. |
| Since April of 2003, Forseia has been undergoing weekly sessions with a physical therapist in Nambia's capital city, Windhoek. When New Hope first began working with him in February 2003, Forseia was not able to crawl, stand, or walk. Now Forseia is crawling, standing with assistance, and has even taken a few assisted steps!!! This is all very hard work for Forseia, but his strength of spirit and great nature help him through this work. |
